Wheels on my 99 528i had lost their luster. Went 3 times to confirm pricing and method. At 77 it was no easy task to remove all 4 tires and rims. Took them over and they then decided they were 2 piece rims and they weren't smart enough to figure that out in any of the previous trips. It would be nice to figure that out prior to looking stupid. No info about their limitations prior to 4th visit. Dumb!!!

i used this company before and had a fall out. few years go by and they come by again promoting their business. I decided to give them a chance only to fall short. once again. took the rims couldn't fix them and didn't mount the tires. ( one of their techs mentioned that they cannot fix it but the wheels are fixed) and the manager started yapping about how she loses money to send the wheels off. awful business and handling. would never trust them to come and pick up a wheel ever again.

I finally gave up on WT fixing the overall damage they caused to my rim. It's a lightweight aluminum OEM rim that is no longer produced.It had minor cosmetic damage to a 1" spot on the outer edge. I thought it would be easy. Round 1: they painted the entire rim the wrong color. They made no attempt to match the OEM silver. They chose a random dark gray. Round 2: They ruined the entire finish by powdercoating. over dirt throughout the barrel. And Round 3: They mangled the valve stem opening by cooking on so much powder coat that the valve stem/TPMS wouldn't seal. I took it to Walker Pro Motorsport to fix what could be fixed.This inexcusably poor work by Wheel Technologies was a total fail to do anything close to conscientious, competent, quality work. I wouldn't risk it again.

Just recently discovered this business. I bought some OEM wheels for my truck and was going to do my best to bring them back to life. A friend of mine told me about Wheel Technologies. Let me tell you, Brandon and his team did not disappoint. Fast turnaround, outstanding customer service, went above and beyond! Then, Brandon makes my life easier and sells me a set of tires, but here’s the kicker…. I wanted to test fit 3 different sizes. What’s Brandon do? He orders all 3 sets!!!! 12 tires!!!! He did a fit and appearance test for me on all 3 sets!!! NOBODY is going to do that!!!! Trust me, I’ve checked. Big box store would only order 1 tire each and for only 2 sizes then I would have to order and wait. Oh yeah… Brandon price matched the big box store too!!! WAAAAY above and beyond! I’m a customer for life!!!! Huge thank you to Brandon and team at Wheel Technologies!!!!!!

TL:DR - Wheel Technologies botched my wheel restoration twice. Do not use this company. They lack care, workmanship and quality control. **July 30th update - never heard back from the owner at all. The “owner response” is just to save face on Google reviews. They do not care about the customer. Stay away from this company!!!** **June 20th update - I have replied to the "owner response" advising that they can buy new wheels from the manufacturer and pay all fees associated with the purchase, installation, balance and alignment. I will update the post if they respond further** I had new tires put on at my local tire shop only to find that their tire changer duck had scratched all four of my wheels. The tire shop contracted Wheel Technologies to restore the wheels to their original condition, but that is far from what I received. Wheel Technologies had my wheels for five days - Monday thru Friday. This was longer than I had expected, so I gave Wheel Technologies a call on Thursday to find out why it was taking so long to buff out some scratches, which is when I was informed by Josh, who answered the phone, that they have to redo the entire wheel.
